Also, when driving the auxiliary machine (31) while the driven units (DW, DW) are in a stopped state while the motor (3) is stopped, the operation of a regulating means (21) for regulating the rotation of the first rotating machine (11) and the driven units (DW, DW) is controlled so that power is input into the input unit (32), and the rotational frequency of the driven units (DW, DW) is regulated at a value of nearly zero.</p> |
