METHOD FOR UNDERGROUND ROADWAY USING SLURRY WALL METHOD

PURPOSE: An underground roadway construction method by a slurry wall method is provided to build a permanent wall using precast walls of specific strength and improve the water cutoff performance by reducing the interval between the precast walls. CONSTITUTION: An underground roadway construction method by a slurry wall method is as follows. Precast walls(100) having a separation preventing projection(101), a separation preventing groove(102), and a plurality of couplers(103) are manufactured. The ground is excavated and a guide wall is installed. A stabilizer comprising bentonite is injected into the excavated space and the precast walls are continuously inserted in the longitudinal direction in the stabilizer-filled space, wherein the separation preventing projections and grooves of the precast walls are coupled together. The stabilizer is removed, and the ground is excavated to the depth at which the couplers formed on the top of the precast walls are exposed. The excavated surface is flattened, and a frame(F) formed of notched is connected to the couplers formed on the bottom of the precast walls and concrete is placed to form a bottom slab(2). A sealant(4) is injected in the junction between the precast walls(100a).
