PURPOSE: A hotwire mat manufactured by an embroidering device is provided to maintain power consumption regularly or accurately, since the electric resistance of a hotwire is maintained regularly. CONSTITUTION: A lattice pattern type mat(210) in which a first strip(211) and a second strip(212) are arranged orthogonally is fixed in a mat fixing unit. The hotwire is supplied to a needle part in a straight line through a hot wire supply unit. An upper wire surrounds the upper part of the hotwire in a W-shape and is coupled with a lower wire. The lower wire surrounds the first strip or the second strip in a W-shape and is coupled with the upper wire. The hotwire is extended in the lattice pattern type mat in the shape of straight line or curve without dispersion.
