PURPOSE: A device for acupuncture is provided to easily form a minute hole on the skin in order to improve skin condition by applying stimulus to the skin. CONSTITUTION: A device for acupuncture comprises: a cap housing(20) which is equipped with an opening(40) so that a needle can come in and out; a body housing(10) combined with the cap housing; a lancet(50) which is accepted into a space and moves in the longitudinal direction and in which a plurality of needles are fixed to one end thereof; a pressing bar which is combined with the other end part of the lancet and transfers the pressure applied to the holding member to the lancet; and a pressing member(30).
