<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an operation of a water storage facility, in consideration of a restriction on an outlet. <P>SOLUTION: A water level of a storage reservoir and a water level of the outlet at the start of each unit period are changed so that the water level of the storage reservoir satisfies the first restriction condition, and that the water level of the outlet satisfies the second restriction condition. A flow-in amount and the changed water level of the storage reservoir are applied to an electric energy calculation model, to calculate electric energy. Each evaluation value of the electric energy is calculated sequentially by subtracting a value obtained by multiplying the changed water level of the outlet by a penalty factor, from the calculated electric energy. A combination of the changed water levels of the storage reservoir and the changed water levels of the outlet, which indicates the maximum total evaluation values for the unit periods in a predetermined period, is determined as the optimum water level plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
