PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition having excellent adhesiveness to plastics, metals or metal oxides and maintaining adhesiveness even in a severe environmental test for durability such as hot water resistance, heat cycle resistance and high temperature and high humidity resistance, and to provide a molded article produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition contains, in 100 parts by weight of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound having 2 to 6 (meth)acryloyl groups and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 30,000, 1 to 30 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylate compound having a phosphate group, and exhibits surface tension of not less than 30 mN/m of a coating film formed on a plastic substrate.
