The dishwasher (20) has a rinsing device, which has two releasing elements for releasing a fluid medium on dishes to be cleaned. The releasing elements are connected with a feeding device for feeding the fluid medium. The feeding device has an adjusting device (260), which is formed such that the feeding of the fluid medium to the former releasing element with respect to pressure or flow is adjusted differently for feeding the fluid medium to the latter releasing element. An independent claim is also included for a method for washing dishes.
