<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance performance of an electronic device with a graphene layer. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device 100 includes a lower layer 108 made of a crystalline material, an upper layer 110 made of a crystalline material, and an n-graphene layer 102 positioned between the lower layer 108 and upper layer 110, the lower layer 108 and/or upper layer 110 being made of a high-relative-permittivity material having a high relative permittivity of≥4.
