PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed arm type sewing machine capable of preventing lubricating oil supplied between the respective sliding surfaces of a first bushing 12 and a second bushing 13 on a driving main shaft 7 and feed dog driving connecting rods 18 and 19 and the driving main shaft 7 from intruding into the side of thread feed cams 16 and 17 mounted on the driving main shaft 7, and eliminating the oil stain of thread through the thread feed cams 16 and 17. SOLUTION: At the thread feed cam side end 12a of the first bushing 12 inside a shaft support hole 8a of a first shaft support wall part 8 provided inside a horizontal arm 3, first oil seal 23 for sealing a gap between the shaft support hole 8a and the driving main shaft 7 are lined and disposed.
