PURPOSE: A hot-water tank of a water purifier with an airtight assembly structure is provided to simply rotate-separate a lower assembly from a fixed upper assembly for sterilizing or cleaning the hot-water tank. CONSTITUTION: A hot-water tank of a water purifier with an airtight assembly structure comprises the following: an upper assembly(10) formed with a container with the opened lower side; a lower assembly(20) formed with a container with the opened upper side; and an internal space formed by screwing a male screw unit(21) of the lower assembly and a female screw unit of the upper lower assembly.
