PURPOSE: A composition for anti-inflammation and immunity regulation is provided to suppress expression of TNF-alpha and prostaglandin(PGE2) and to teat inflammatory diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-inflammation and enhancing immunity contains trisnorhopanone, campesterol, and diplopterol as an active ingredient. The active ingredient suppresses NO generation and TNF-alpha generation. The active ingredient further contains dryocrassin, dryocrassol, dryocrassyl acetate, fernene, or flavaspidic acid.
