PURPOSE: A quilt using knit fabric and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a quilt in a simple work by cutting and sewing. CONSTITUTION: A quilt using knit fabric comprises: knit fabric(10) produced by a knitting machine; internal fillers filled into the knit fabric; a sewing line(12) formed in the knit fabric at the constant interval; unit fabric which is formed by cutting a sewing line; and an opening(60) which is formed by cutting the edge of the unit fabric.
