The apparatus is a new dispensing device for pressurized containers C of coolants for cryotherapy, and comprises a manual opening/closing valve C1, a dispenser body A suited to be permanently fixed to the container C, a valve-opening element and a removably positioned cap fixed to the dispenser body. The cap includes teeth or projections that rest against the valve-opening element to open the valve C1. A tube or duct A1 for application of the coolant, and at one end of which at least one applicator pad or filter S is partially and removably inserted, is permanently built in and integral with the dispenser body A.
