<p>The present invention relates to a wireless modem device and an operating method therefor. The wireless modem device according to the present invention comprises: a 1st communication modem, which performs at least one communication function based on a 1st communication scheme; a 1st signal processing unit, which transforms data into a wireless transmission form and transforms a wirelessly received signal into data according to the 1st communication scheme, and provides the data to the 1st communication modem; a 1st antenna, which wirelessly transmits the signal in the wireless transmission form from the 1st signal processing unit and provides the wirelessly received signal to the 1st signal processing unit; a 2nd communication modem, which performs at least one communication function based on a 2nd communication scheme; a 2nd signal processing unit, which transforms data into a wireless transmission form and transforms a wirelessly received signal into data according to the 2nd communication scheme, and provides the data to the 2nd communication modem; a 2nd antenna, which wirelessly transmits the signal in the wireless transmission form from the 2nd signal processing unit and provides the wirelessly received signal to the 2nd signal processing unit; and a hub, which activates all communication functions of the 1st or 2nd communication modem as selected by a user and activates part of the communication functions of the other non-selected communication modem based on the intensity of a received signal, and relays between the 1st or 2nd communication modem and a host device.</p> |
