PURPOSE: A non-excavation irrigation volume construction method of deteriorated water pipes without suspension of water supply is provided to repair lining repair or partial repair of deteriorated water pipes without suspension of water supply. CONSTITUTION: A non-excavation irrigation volume construction method of deteriorated water pipes without suspension of water supply comprises following steps. Two or more work holes(11) are formed on the construction section of water pipe irrigation volume at fixed intervals. A water pipe exposed to each work hole is cut and removed. The water pipe cut portion is connected by a bypass device. Both water pipes of the rework section among the construction sections of the water pipe irrigation volume are connected by a bypass hose(40) for continuous supply of water. The water pipe between the work sections is repaired. The bypass unit installed at the cut portion of each work hole is eliminated. The cut water pipe is connected, and the work hole is embedded.
