摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply chain efficiency improvement support method capable of preventing the stockout of a product caused by the stockout of a material even if a change occurs in a sales plan of the product, and capable of minimizing of a disposal loss of the material or the like at production end. <P>SOLUTION: The supply chain efficient improvement support method includes steps of: performing simulation by a supply chain model of a factory unit about the products of a plurality of factories, deriving a physical distribution route and a safe stock amount where the disposal cost of the surplus stock of the material or the like at the production end becomes minimum in the factory unit without causing the stockout of the product; and performing simulation about a common material used in common between a plurality of products by the supply chain model where the supply chain models of the factory units are integrated, and deriving the physical distribution route and the safe stock amount where the disposal cost of the surplus stock of the common material at the production end becomes minimum on an entire inter-factory basis without causing the stockout of the product.
