PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment apparatus using soil active humus substances is provided to process wastewater including livestock excretion, using the humic substances and microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A wastewater treatment apparatus using soil active humus includes a wastewater treatment tank, a microbial reaction unit(200), a wastewater circulation unit, an ejector unit, a round-nozzle plate(400), and a screw mixer unit(500). The wastewater treatment tank includes a space for processing wastewater, and connects a wastewater supplying pipe and bottom drainage pipe(140). The microbial reaction unit locates pellet filled rods(220) filled with pellets and pumice stone. The wastewater circulation unit includes a pump inlet pipe, a circulation pump(151), a pump transfer pipe(153), and a circulation water inlet pipe.
