Provided is an antibody against SC104 binding to sialyltetraosyl carbohydrate, with specified sequences for the CDRs. The antibody is useful for treating against tumours and can be combined with cancer drugs doxorubicin, paclitaxel. 5-fluorouracil, irinotecan and cisplatin.
