PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours of surface treatment by reducing exposure of a mounting part of a headlight while securing an assembly property and a maintenance property of the headlight, in a saddle riding type vehicle including a head pipe supporting to be capable of steering a steering handlebar and a front fork, a front cover covering the head pipe from the front side, a front stay fixed to the head pipe, and the headlight supported by the front stay. SOLUTION: The front stay 50 includes a rising part 50a disposed in front of the head pipe 26 along the head pipe 26, and a pedestal part 50b extended forward from a lower end of the rising part 50a. The front cover 42 covering the rising part 50a from the front side and covering the pedestal part 50b from above and the side is supported by the front stay 50 so that a front part of the headlight 51 supported by a front part of the pedestal part 50b faces forward.
