PURPOSE: A paper shredder is provided to recognize a document crushing person and crushing time and to systemically perform document crushing. CONSTITUTION: A paper shredder comprises: a cutting unit(200) for cutting a waste document; a cut blade(210) which is fixed at a pair of cutter shifts(220); a driving motor(240) for rotating the pair of cutter shaft; a waste document box(300) formed at the lower end of the cutting unit; a waste document box formed at the lower end of the cutting unit; an access sensor(10) for recognizing person who discards the document; and a camera(20) mounted at the upper end of the shredder(1).
