PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for correcting distortion in a moving picture caused by a lens position with respect to an object at imaging. SOLUTION: A mobile phone extracts a contour region of an object to be corrected from each of a series of frame images configuring an imaged moving picture and corrects the extracted contour region to be almost a rectangular shape.
