PURPOSE: A soundproof door using the water and a method of reducing a blast in a tunnel are provided to prevent a waste of material due to the prevention of the excessive increase of weight and to minimize the inconvenience of transport and installation. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof door(1) using the water comprises a front panel, a rear panel, and a side panel(13). The inside of the door is divided to a water filling portion and an anti-noise material filling portion. The water filling portion is filled with the water. The anti-noise material filling portion is filled with anti-noise materials. The anti-noise material is polyurethane non-woven fabric or foam.
