摘要

PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by increasing the transmittance of a reflection barrier. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell, a first conductive type substrate is provided. An emitter unit(120) is comprised of a second conductive type which is opposite to the first conductive type. A first electrode is electrically connected to the emitter unit. A second electrode is electrically connected to a substrate. A refection barrier(130) is comprised of a transparent insulating material and is arranged on the incident of the substrate. The transparent insulating material converts the transparency and insulating properties according the content of oxygen.
