PURPOSE: A circuit system for heating fluid is provided to improve energy efficiency by directly heating hot water through water decomposition and to easily maintain the temperature of the hot water. CONSTITUTION: A circuit system for heating fluid comprises a hot water tank(400), a fluid heating unit(130), a mixing and storing unit(120), and a controller. The hot water tank stores hot water. The fluid heating unit heats raw water supplied from a raw water tank(90). A compensation water inlet and a temperature gauge mounting unit are formed on the top of the mixing and storing unit, and a heating outlet, a heating inlet, and a hot water inlet are formed in the bottom. The controller controls the opening and closing of a control valve in order to supply hot water to the fluid heating unit.
