PURPOSE: A device for generating heat using fluid is provided to produce heat by rapidly rotating a rotary disk and to prevent chemical substances and radioactive matters from being discharged. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating heat using fluid comprises a cylindrical body(1), a rotary shaft(6), an operation disk(7), an engine(9), and an unloading disk(11). The cylindrical body has a suction pipe and a discharge pipe. The rotary shaft is extended in an axial direction of the body and is coupled to a bearing(5). The operation disk is coupled to the rotary shaft inside the cylindrical body and is rotated with the rotary shaft. The engine transfers rotation power to the rotary shaft. The unloading disk is installed in the rotary shaft and reinforces axial power.
