FIELD: weaponry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, rocket launchers and can be used for separation of rocket from launching tube. Proposed device is produced from composite materials and comprises jointing element and mechanism to separate from the rocket. The device base is made from layered plastic material, layers being arranged equidistant with respect to the tube surface and the base being glued to the tube. Note that the glue should be compatible with the binder material. The proposed method includes winding the tube load-bearing enclosure up onto the mandrel, placing separating material on the said enclosure in the area the device will be installed. Then, the layers of the separating mechanism half-finished base are wound up on the tube. Now, the half-finished base is cut avoiding damaging the tube load-bearing enclosure material. ^ EFFECT: improved manufacturability and quality of production. ^ 6 cl, 4 dwg |
