PURPOSE: A UV high transmittance double layer wire grid polarizer for manufacturing photo-alignment film and a preparation method thereof are provided to smoothly form a wire grid. CONSTITUTION: In an UV high transmittance double layer wire grid polarizer for manufacturing photo-alignment film and a preparation method thereof, an anti-reflective layer is formed on a substrate. A patterned photosensitive layer is formed on the anti-reflective layer. A metal thin film layer is formed with a photosensitive material layer and the anti-reflection layer.
