PURPOSE: A printed circuit board adhesive is spread in the central part denuded zone from which the PSR layer is removed and the image sensor is mounted. CONSTITUTION: The printed circuit board(100) is composed of the substrate(110), PSR layer(120), and plating layer(130). The PSR layer forms on the copper foil layer(113) so that it expose in the state covering the formed circuit pattern only one part of the pad(115). In the bottom surface of the central part denuded zone(121), the plating layer(130) forms so that the via exposure be prevented.
