PURPOSE: A composition containing blood-derived monocytes and adipose-derived cells is provided to transplant autologous cells and to be used in wound healing. CONSTITUTION: A composition for tissue regeneration contains autologous blood-derived monocytes, and adipose-derived cells containing adipose stem cells and mesnechymal stromal cells. The blood-derived monocyte is derived from autologous whole blood and contains epithelial progenitor cells or hematopoietic stem cells as active ingredients. The composition contains EGF(epithelial growth factor), aFGF(acid fibroblast growth factor), bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor), PDGF(platelet derived growth factors), and TGF(transforming growth factors) or retinoid.
