A hand grip with a rigid sheet base surfaced on top and bottom sides with slip-resistant, resiliently deformable material combining with contoured lateral edges for firmness of grasp. Housed in one lateral side is a spring tension device through which a pliable wire passes, adjustably loops above grip's top surface on which palm-held devices seat; wire then secures to opposed side of grip. A demountable bracket assembly connects a weight bearing rod to grip's rigid sheet. The rod has an end-cap connecting it to an open ended cylinder attachment. Lenses seat against a sill at one of the cylinder's ends; their central visual axis intersecting the grip's midline longitudinal axis. Demountable concentric ring laminations attach above cylinder's opposite opened end. These ring laminations hold additional items congruent with cylinder's alignment.
