PURPOSE: A permanent magnet bypass disc motor is provided to minimize the user of electrical energy using a bypass circuit of a magnet, thereby maximizing efficiency of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A stator(200) is formed in a disc type. A rotor(300) is forms in a disc type. The stator comprises a state core(202) and a driving coil(201). A bypass core are arranged on the stator and the stator core. A bonding coil is installed between state cores of the stator. An air circulating channel cools the motor.
