PURPOSE: A canister close valve device is provided to improve the reliability by securing the airtight seal of an air inlet with a sealing plate even in a long-time use. CONSTITUTION: A canister close valve device comprises a body, a coil, a plunger, and a rod(230). The body has an air inlet and an air outlet. The plunger is slid to reciprocate by the magnetic field of the coil, thereby closing one of the air inlet and the air outlet. The rod is fixed to the plunger and fitted with a sealing plate(240a) on an end being supported on a fixing plate(232a). The fixing plate comprises a contact portion(234) supporting an end of the sealing plate and a stepped portion(236) which is depressed from the contact portion so as to allow the other end of the sealing plate to bend freely.
