PURPOSE: A transmitter, a receiver for visible light communication and a method using the same are provided to remove a flickering effect of lighting when performing data transmission in LED visible light wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A visible light wireless communication transmitter comprises a source code recognition unit(910) and a line coding unit(920). The source code recognition unit recognizes a source bit column as a source code of a first coefficient, wherein the source code is formed by bit unit. The line coding unit encodes each source code as an encoding code of a second coefficient which is larger than the first coefficient. In the encoding code, the bit number corresponding to 1 is same as the bit number corresponding to 0.
