PURPOSE: A packing box is provided to easily fold an inner box inside the packing box, by fixing only outer cover to a first side cover of the box. CONSTITUTION: A packing box comprises the following: an opening unit(12) formed on one side of an inner box(10); and an outer cover(20) surrounding four surface of the inner box. The inner box includes a bottom(18), a first side wall(14), a second side wall(16), a first exposed side wall(15), and a second exposed side wall(17). The outer cover includes a side wall cover(24), a bottom cover(28), a second side wall cover(26), an opening unit cover(22), and a lid cover(27).
