PURPOSE: A mold for manufacturing a holder and a holder manufactured by the same are provided to reduce the costs of products since a fastening unit is manufactured through a die-casting process. CONSTITUTION: A mold for manufacturing a holder comprises an upper mold(100) and a lower mold(110). The upper mold comprises an elastic pin assembly machining hole(104a) and a hanging protrusion machining hole(104b). The upper mold comprises an inlet(103) for injecting casting to the machining hole. The upper mold is comprised of an elastic pin assembly machining hole. A body machining hole(104) of the locking unit is formed in the lower mold. The guide pin(112) inserted in the guiding hole(102) is included.
