PURPOSE: A photo-curable heat-blocking paint for roads with a non-slip function is provided to ensure excellent heat resistance, shock resistance, strong chemical resistance, high resistivity to pests, and excellent elasticity and strength. CONSTITUTION: A photo-curable heat-blocking paint for roads with a non-slip function includes 75-85 parts by weight of water-soluble epoxy resin, 15-35 parts by weight of UV curable or electron beam curable acrylic resin, 5-9 parts by weight of non-slip agent, 5~10 parts by weight of curing accelerator, 10~13 parts by weight of polyamide hardener, 1-3 parts by weight of inorganic pigment, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a photostabilizer mixture of UV absorber and a hindered amine light stabilizer, 0.1-5 parts by weight of free radical-based photoinitiator, 2-5 parts by weight of nanosized carbon fiber, 1-3 parts by weight of nanosilver, 10-15 parts by weight of nanoceramic powder, and 5-8 parts by weight of water. |
