FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Lancet includes needle, body for holding needle and cap for protection of, at least, needle spike. Either body, or cap, or both said components are manufactured by casting method. Body and cap are connected to each other in the process of body or cap casting. On the surface of cap and body separation force of chemical bond per area unit is smaller than force of chemical bond both inside cap and body. Method of said lancet manufacturing consists in the following: first, carried out is casting around part of needle or body, or cap, then to this casting, casting of other of said components is added. ^ EFFECT: inventions ensure possibility of cap taking off instead of its turning off, which will require only one operation without needle deformation with guarantee of its sterility. ^ 18 cl, 9 dwg |
