FIELD: power industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: operating method of thermal power plant, according to which steam is generated in boilers, steam is supplied to turbines, mechanical energy of shaft rotation of steam turbines is transmitted to rotors of turbine generators, constant cooling of windings and steel of turbine generators is performed by circulation of cooling hydrogen through their inner space, hydrogen is cooled in gas-water coolers with circulation water, circulation water heated in gas-water coolers is supplied to hot water calorifers of heating system of the main housing of the plant. ^ EFFECT: improving economy by reducing heat losses of windings and steel of turbine generators to atmosphere with heat of circulation water, and due to reduction of power consumption for heating system of the main housing of the plant. ^ 1 dwg |
