FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine intended for seed cleaning and extracting hard-to-separate impurities from main material. Proposed separator with direct flow deck comprises housing with intake bin, vacuum chamber, pseudo-liquefied layer divider, seed fractions receivers, direct flow deck whereto secured are swinging supports. It incorporates single-phase frequency converter with its input connected with AC circuit. Motor is arranged opposite intake bin to translate linearly and represents a three-phase linear induction motor. Secondary element of said induction motor is made up of tie rod rigidly jointed with the housing and arranged on drive side. One winding of said motor is connected with AC circuit, while two other windings are connected in series and to output of single-phase frequency converter. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency, simplified kinematic circuit, reduced weight and sizes. ^ 1 dwg |
