FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to industrial storage or transportation of loose materials and can be used during pneumatic transportation of loose materials, and more precisely during manufacture of building materials from cement. According to invention, storehouse contains water container connected by means of flexible tube to silo, cement containers connected to cement silos by means of silo locking devices. Silo locking devices are made in the form of pressure locks.
