PURPOSE: Methods for manufacture and installation of a safety scaffold with an auxiliary board are provided to improve the safety by forming anti-skid holes on the top surfaces of the board and the auxiliary board. CONSTITUTION: A safety scaffold comprises a board(10), auxiliary boards(30), and a handrail(40). The board is formed of a square steel sheet(12) in which a plurality of anti-skid holes(14) are formed in four directions, a plurality of downward reinforcing ribs are formed at regular intervals on the steel sheet by pressing or forming, and U-shaped reinforcing plates are welded to the front and rear sides of the steel sheet. The auxiliary boards having a plurality of anti-skid holes on the surface and partially opened bottom are respectively welded to both sides of the board. The handrail has an S shape in whole and is welded to the outer end of the auxiliary board.
