The unit has support parts (1) solidarized for support structures (9, 10), where each support part is assembled with four primarily parallelepiped flagstones, and each support part presents four fixing units (2-5) on higher face. The fixing units are respectively formed with two pairs of elastically deformable clips (21-24, 31-34, 41-44, 51-54) extending primarily and orthogonally from an upper face. The clips are arranged primarily with respect to each other in perpendicular direction, so that the fixing unit is ready to be assembled with the flagstones according to two orthogonal directions. An independent claim is also included for a system for realization of a flagstone terrace.
