An agricultural axle complex for cultivating plants planted by rows, the composition of which comprises an agroaxle with bars and movable hoe blades fixed thereon. While rectilinear movement of the complex with a speedoccurs, two paired flat hoe blades rotate in soil around vertical axes passing through centre thereof in perpendicular to the planes of the blades with equal rotary speeds in opposite directions, which are determined from the formula, whereis radius limiting the length of a blade.
