PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a thermal fluid simulation execution time for acquiring an air conditioning state to quickly analyze a situation. SOLUTION: This thermal fluid simulation analyzer generates an analysis model by the use of an analysis conditions when executing thermal fluid simulation analysis to the air conditioning state in a data center. The thermal fluid simulation analyzer executes the thermal fluid simulation analysis to the generated analysis model. Thereafter, the thermal fluid simulation analyzer collects analysis conditions at a time point when a prescribed time lapses after the prescribed time lapses from the execution of the thermal fluid simulation analysis. Next, the thermal fluid simulation analyzer extracts a boundary condition from the collected analysis conditions. Thereafter, the thermal fluid simulation analyzer specifies a region corresponding to the boundary condition from on the analysis model, changes the specified region by the boundary condition, and executes the thermal fluid simulation analysis to the changed analysis model.
