PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a PTO shaft into a driven state of the PTO shaft only when a synchronization of an operation device is required in a traveling-stopped state when a traveling is in a stop state, and into a non-driven state of the PTO shaft when a synchronized drive of the operation device is not required in the traveling-stopped state. SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter 6 including a seedling tank 4 having a float 1 slidably traveling on and land-leveling a surface of soil, storing mat seedlings, and delivering the seedlings to a seedling-separating port 2 while reciprocally moving in a right and left direction, and seedling-transplanting tines 5 for transplanting separated and held seedlings on the soil surface leveled by the float 1 by acting on the seedling-separating port 2, etc., is attached to a hitch 8 part of a car body 7 and synchronized by the PTO shaft 9. A different kind of an operation device can be attached instead of the seedling transplanter 6. An operation-deciding sensor for deciding a kind of an operation device is installed, and the PTO shaft 9 is driven in a traveling-stopped state of the car body 7, or restrained to a stopped state, according to a detection by the operation-deciding sensor.
