<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control apparatus for performing power saving scheduling of a mobile network, which reduces overall power consumption of the network by scheduling power consumption between networks. <P>SOLUTION: The communication control apparatus includes: a reception unit for executing control to a plurality of base stations that provide mobile terminals with services and receiving communication states between the base stations and the mobile terminal in a service area; and a control unit for controlling the power consumption of the base stations on the basis of the communication states and turning on or off the power supply of some of the plurality of wireless communication modules in the base stations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
