<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel direct fuel cell capable of alleviating or eliminating various problems in a conventional direct fuel cell using methanol as fuel. <P>SOLUTION: For a solid polymer fuel cell including a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte film arranged between the anode and the cathode, the electrolyte film is an anion exchange film, and, to the anode, at least one kind of ingredient selected from a group consisting of hypophosphorous acid, hypophosphite and ammonia is supplied as fuel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
