PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition being excellent in light transmission, diffusivity and dispersibility and being also excellent in impact resistance, and a molded article comprising it. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition contains 0.01-5 pts.mass of a polyorgano siloxane particle (B) in which an average particle diameter measured in a range of a diameter of 0.4-12μm by a coulter counter method is 1-3μm and the maximum peak and the second maximum peak of particle diameter distribution are in a range of 1-3μm relative to 100 pts.mass of the polycarbonate resin.
