PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve which is manufactured with a simple structure and at a low cost. SOLUTION: An inside first film 3 and an inside second film 4 having a width smaller than that of the inside first film 3 are laminated between an outside first film 1 and outside second film 2. Sealing parts 5, 6 are disposed along two edges opposed to the outside first film 1 and outside second film 2. An inlet through which gas is introduced is provided to one end 7. An outlet through which gas is discharged is provided to the other end 8. A clearance through which gas is passed is provided between the inside first film 3 and inside second film 4. A sealing part 10 crossing the inside first film 3 and inside second film 4 is provided between the sealing parts 5, 6 of the outside first film 1 and outside second film 2. Both edges of the inside first film 3 projecting outward of both edges of the inside second film 4 are bonded to the outside second film 2.
