<p>A terminal box for a solar energy module comprises a base (1) in which a silicon rectifier diode and a connecting component (2) made of copper are provided, and a lid (5) in which there is a hole. A heat-conductive pad (3) is tightly attached on the upper surfaces of the silicon rectifier diode and the connecting component (2) made of copper. A heat-dissipative panel (4) embedded into the hole in the lid (5) of the terminal box is tightly attached on the opposite surface of said heat-conductive pad (3). The terminal box has good heat-conduction, a long service life and is not to be damaged easily.</p> |
